6-Week Private Client Program money-back guarantee

This guarantee applies only to the 6-Week Private Client Program. A client may cancel and request a full refund at any time before the start of the third lesson. Once the third lesson begins, the money-back guarantee is no longer available.

To cancel, contact Ryan by email at ryan@thepawprintacademy.comor by phone or text at (910) 777-4175 before the third lesson starts. Ryan will confirm receipt and the refund timeline in writing.

The guarantee does not apply to Basic Private Lessons, In-Home Integration, Pawprint Academy, or any other service. It does not limit any rights that cannot legally be limited.

In-Home Integration result-based completion

In-Home Integration uses a result-based completion timeline. If the dog needs more time than the initial estimated program length, TOP Dog Training continues the program at no additional training charge until the agreed training job is complete. There is no fixed extension limit.

The training goals that define completion are agreed with the client for that dog before enrollment. This completion promise applies only to In-Home Integration and is not a money-back guarantee.

Safety and owner responsibilities

Dog training outcomes depend on the dog, health, environment, and owner follow-through. Clients must provide complete and accurate behavioral and medical information and follow safety and handling instructions. Training cannot eliminate every risk inherent in living or working with an animal.
